Water's Edge by Robert Whitlow

I just got done reading Water's Edge by Robert Whitlow. It is about an ambitious young attorney, Tom Crane, who loses his job and his girlfriend. Then we read that his Dad dies and he must go home and settle his father's final affairs. And that's just the first chapter!!

The legal plotline in this book will definitely keep your interest because you are never quite sure what direction it will go. Whitlow also adds adventure and a possible romance where Tom Crane wrestles with right and wrong. And I love Tom's uncle, Elias, who is the spiritual leader in this book. His method of praying is a little outside the box. But then Whitlow's books tend to run that way. Just causes you to broaden your spiritual thinking I would say. And I think everyone in business needs a secretary like Bernice! You can't help but love her the moment you read about her.

With Robert Whitlow as the author you know it is going to be a book worth reading. And one where you hope there will be a sequel. BookSneeze® has provided me with a complimentary copy of this book to review.
